NEXUS is an independent software project. No incorporated-company or charitable status is claimed.

Founder preorder terms

The current offer is Founder 01–25 for USD 29, paid once through Stripe, limited to 25 completed purchases. It includes Founder status, priority access to development and beta builds when available, opportunities to give feedback and one month of Pro starting when Pro becomes available. Access invitations will be sent to the email supplied at checkout.

NEXUS is software in development, not a physical controller or a finished product. No beta or release date, supported platforms, games or controllers are confirmed. Visuals and trailers illustrate planned features. No specific performance improvement is guaranteed.

Planned later stages are USD 50 for places 26–50, USD 79 for 51–75 and USD 109 for 76–100. These later stages are not currently open. This purchase does not automatically enroll you in a subscription. Any future paid service or renewal requires a separate agreement. No unlimited lifetime AI usage is included.

Review the final total and currency displayed by Stripe before confirming payment. Your card provider may apply currency-conversion charges. Your order is confirmed only after a successful payment; opening checkout or entering an email does not reserve a place. Keep the Stripe payment confirmation and contact the operator with any order or access questions.

The first 100 Founders are intended to receive access before public release when suitable builds are ready. An unconfirmed launch date does not remove any mandatory remedy for non-delivery. Material development updates will be published in the development journal.

Voluntary contributions

You may make a one-time contribution in USD to support development of NEXUS. Select and confirm the amount directly on Stripe. Amount suggestions on this website do not prefill Stripe.

A contribution does not buy software, Pro access, a Founder place, equity, ownership, a financial return, employment or a collaboration agreement. It is not a charitable donation; no tax-deductibility is represented. There is no subscription and no guaranteed release date. Collaboration proposals are welcome separately, without a contribution.

Refund policy

We do not offer voluntary refunds for Founder purchases or contributions. This does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights and remedies for non-delivery or non-conformity. Nothing here treats a preorder as an automatic waiver of those rights.

Privacy notice

Nicola Minenna is responsible for the NEXUS project data described here. Use the contact above for privacy questions or requests.

The Founder form passes the email you enter to Stripe to prefill its hosted checkout. The website does not store the form itself. Stripe collects payment, contact and transaction information to process payments and address fraud, disputes and legal obligations. The operator receives order information needed to administer your purchase, answer requests and deliver future access. NEXUS does not receive your full card details. See Stripe privacy information.

Order data is used to fulfil the purchase, communicate about your order and access, handle disputes, and comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations. It is kept while needed for those purposes and any applicable statutory period; it is not kept indefinitely for unrelated marketing. We do not enroll buyers or contributors in marketing merely because they pay.

Collaboration forms prepare a draft in your browser; nothing is sent until you send it in your email app. Messages you send are processed through the project Gmail account to assess and reply to your proposal, and retained only as needed for that conversation, an agreed collaboration or applicable obligations.

The hosting provider processes technical request information to serve and protect the site. Google Fonts may receive request information when fonts load. These providers and Stripe may process data outside your country under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards. No advertising pixel or optional analytics is installed on this site. The development-news signup remains inactive and does not save your email.

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, or contact the relevant data-protection authority. Some transaction records may need to be retained despite a deletion request because of legal obligations.
